Will grew up in North Idaho, and early on learned to love the outdoors, writing, and God's word. He spent three years on staff with South Lake Youth Ministries, a parachurch organization dedicated to reaching rural youth for Christ by equipping lay people in local churches to reach out and engage in discipling relationships.

After marrying Andie and eventually moving to her home state of Iowa, Will spent several years volunteering with Youth for Christ, teaching at a local homeless shelter and in nursing homes, as well as regularly teaching in their local church and preaching itinerantly. 

In 2019 Will and Andie led a team to plant Remsen Bible Fellowship, where Will serves as pastor. In 2021 Will left his 13 year career with the US Postal Service to have more time for ministry. In this next phase of ministry the Dole's joined the Rural Home Missionary Association, and started Fat Annie's Coffee Stop. Along with their four kids, they love living in Remsen, reading books, serving coffee, and talking about Jesus.
